My phone stuck with talk back ,accessory fuction whichI did not do, either need it

While in TalkBack mode, you need to select apps/settings with one tap (green border appears around it), then double tap on it to activate. Use two fingers to scroll long menus or lists.

You'll find the option in Settings -> Accessibility -> TalkBack.
