Hi, I think you can rescue it by going to your Settings/under Language & input option. Keyboard & input methods, on your standard keyboard there's EN key tap to see if other language inputs are available in the setting. If not final option left might have to factory reset or connect your XZ Premium to your Sony companion software installed on your PC to being software repair process, it's as other posters suggest download from Play store Chinese Language input keyboards, cheers.
