Hi,
I am no longer able to play any video (either recorded directly from the mobile - Sony Xperia XZ Premium - or either downloaded ) through "Album" or through the "Video" app. For some reason though, I can play them through Whatsapp.
Does anyone know what is going on and what am I supposed to do?
