Cannot lock the screen

Hi everyone, well i just got an xz1 and i noticed a strange thing. During facebook messenger call and using headphones the display isnt turning off by it self. It dimms but turns bright again. And when i press the lockscreen button on the right side it turns black a sec and back on.... On whatsWha works pefectly. I want to mentuon tbat without headphones if i put the phone to the ear, the screen turns off. So the proximity is working . Thanks

I think that's how the messenger app it's supposed to work but do contact facebook to report this as it's not a Sony app.

Well on my Xperia x is working perfectly. Thank u anyway, i reported this a few days ago but no answer....
