Battery Care seemed to have learned my habits within 4, 5 days, then I would get the notification each night when I plugged in (I did not check the box that would have stopped the notification). It appeared to be working as expected for a couple of weeks, then last night when I plugged in, no notification. I tried restarting and plugging in again, same result. Also, I happened to awaken after about 3 hours, and noticed my phone was already fully charged. It should have taken at least another 3, 3.5 hours if Battery Care was working. I have no idea what would have caused it to stop working. Any ideas?
