AR Fun not working

After Oreo update AR Fun is not working it doesn't open at all only grey screen is coming.

Do you see an error message of any sort? Or is it only a "grey screen"?

I am not getting any error just plain blank grey screen. I am using Sony XZ Premium, Android 8 latest software upgraded till yesterday.

See if the issue still occurs when running in Safe Mode... Otherwise, you might need to wait for Sony to update the application.

Did you have the "AR Effect" app in its latest version? Go to your Play Store and search for AR Effect, if you see an Update button then hit it and test again.

If your AR Effect app doesn't have any available updates, then try refreshing it:

- Go to Settings -> Apps & notifications-> App info -> AR Effect -> Force stop, then go to Storage -> Clear data and restart your phone.

I have sony Xperia X with latest update 8.0.0 on Jan 1 and I experience the same Grey screen.  When I look in Play>>My apps>>Installed, it is no longer listed. If I go to my Apps folder the icon is still there.  It is also in my camera app.
