XA2 Plus Wifi calling missing?

update to the Android (9.0) I didn't have wifi calling.

How do I switch WiFi Calling on?

• Connect your mobile to Wi-Fi.
• Select the home screen, tap the Apps icon.
• Tap Settings.
• Tap More.
• Tap Wi-Fi Calling.
• Set the Wi-Fi Calling toggle switch to On.

I am on Vodafone and cannot see the option to turn on WiFi on my Xperia xa2 on android 9.

I can go as far as the settings but there is no 'more' option.
