why my device cpu is always 100% active even though i have restarted the whole machine and the latest software update is always 100% active even if it is on the normal screen (i use google translate)

• Processor (CPU) MediaTek Helio P20 Octa Core 64bit (Quad Core 2.3GHz + Quad Core 1.6GHz)

it only means that 1 out of the 8 cores is at 100% . try to google how multi cores work
