i am using xa1 ultra for the last one and half year. from last week the phone battery started discharging within 30 min after full recharge. After guided by the customer service support, i did the factory reset using sony repair app. It didnt solve the problem, so they suggested to replace the battery. I replaced the battery with original sony battery, but its not charging and discharge in 30min. How to test if the issue is with the battery or something else ?
