SRS NB 10 Neckband Microphone

My microphone has suddenly stopped working on my laptop.

 

It does not appear as an available input device in Teams or dictate in Word

It shows in my device settings as disconnected, the speaker is showing as connected and works fine.

 

I have paired the device with another laptop and speakers and mic all work fine (shows as available in dictate in word).

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hey @Oldtimer, what operating system is your computer running? Have you tried rebooting it? If so, you might want to try initializing the speaker itself: https://helpguide.sony.net/speaker/srs-nb10/v1/en/contents/TP1000432525.html
