hi,
ive had this message come up every time i shut down my laptop,
"programs still running, do you want to force a shut down ?"
i have closed down the web connection, use task manager to check for other running apps/programs, check hiddden icons but always get the message.
Do i need to turn Kaspersky off ? I didnt imagine that this would be the problem.
Is there any other way to make sure everything is off/closed down like a task killer on mobile phones ?
