VGN-TX2HP temp netspool error

Hi, my VGN-TX2HP is causing problems, when running it will come up with a Windows __temp__netspool error, a few seconds later the screen will go black with a message in white text on a blue background - I cannot read the message as it is only there for a second before it shuts down and restarts.

Any ideas ?

I would do a factory restore, but if there's important data then this might not be an option to do yet.
