Unfortunately I suspect your problem is hardware related with either the screen or graphics chip being the cause..
To help narrow down the cause try connecting your Vaio to an external monitor to see if you still have the same problem..
If it is a screen problem then I would suggest contacting a local repairer in your area to give you an quote for repair, then depending on the cost decide on the whether you want to proceed with the repair..:smileywink:
