Hi I am hoping someone can help with this niggling problem. We have had the Vaio lap top (Model PCG-71614M) for only a year or so and there seems to be a problem with the Ctrl function that has come on recently. I don't think it is anything to do with a dirty keyboard or anything physically wrong with the lap top. It comes on randomly. I can be working, typing away with no problem then suddenly the laptop thinks the Ctrl key is pressed, and then I am unable to type or do anything unless I restart the computer. This is happening quite a lot but it is completely random. Thought it might be the 'sticky keys' function but it isn't.
Any thoughts from anyone on this?
