Vaio Laptop Stops responding

When i leave my laptop (PCG-K295HP) for more than about 10 mins, it completley stops responding, the screen stays on but the mouse and keyboard dont work at all, and there is no way to use it, it requires a restart to get it working again, can anyone suggest a solution to this?

I think you should be able to fix it by downloading one of the updates/patches. You can get them here

Also, have you made any recent changes? Especially SP2 or adding wireless.

I have all the updates. I downloaded SP2 when i got it, the laptop also has WiFi as standard anyway, so I cant imagine that being the source of the problem. Its almost like the computer turns the keyboard and touchpad off, Ivre tried to change settings in Device Manager but ive had no joy, any more ideas?
