Want to upgrade memory and harddrive but can't seem to get into the back cover. I've unscrewed the 4 screws in the centre of the back panel which holds the stand but it's still solid and won't come off, don't want to force it. Do I have to remove the whole back cover to access it, if so how? Can anybody help?
