Unable to convert to ATRAC format

I can't convert to ATRAC format since I'v had sonicstage 2.3 and the file conversion program and the lastest file conversion tool. The problem is, I'm trying to get up lyrics If I understand correctly you have to convert to ATRAC format to view lyrics, now this is where the problem lies. I try to open up the file conversion program I get a message, No music needs to converted or something similar and the program closes straight away.
I'v tried converting manually which is via sonicstage, Right click > Convert format, It shows conversion, I then try to import from optimized file folder which is saved as as OMA, once imported it shows the song up as MP3 format!!!

Yes, I'v also ticked the option under transfer which is "Include aditional information . . . ."

I'm finding this really frustrating and would appreciate any help given

Sorry Dark Shadow,

The Track info comes from CDDB ( Gracenote ) not by converting to Atrac
Gracenote is a Dbase of track info created by the public, so invariably you only get the basic info!!
