STOP Error 0x0000000a

Please Please can someone help me with this one!!!??

I have a Sony GRT-816S laptop and from day one it has not behaved itself, I now am getting a Stop Error BSOD every now and then with the codes as follows:

STOP 0x0000000A (0x00000004, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x804EA364)

This is happening mainly if I try to defrag but can happen at any point. I have reinstalled onto a new HDD and still no luck. And also tried the latest drivers for most devices.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for that, I have taken a look but it doesn't really help as I cannot locate a device with the memory address anything like 0x804EA364. I have tried all of the run in last know good etc and still no good. It has been doing this more or less since getting it and has been back to Sony twice but is now out of warranty!

I think it must be a device that is faulty, I have replaced the RAM and HDD and that is about all I can do!

Any ideas?
