Please help battery

I bought sony Vaio in Switzerland last year, I guess it is still under guarantee.
actually I live in france, and
I discovered the SN 175626962 1142942 on the battery and this SN is not my vaio serial number (or product ID)
can you please help and let me know what to do as e-support site is not loading

Hi,

The serial on the battery has nothing to do with the computer's serial.

You should give them a call tomorrow morning, as their site isn't working well.
