My vaio had died.... help

Hello, I've bought my Vaio few days ago. it was working great, but suddenly there was quite long break in energy... it turn off and... didn't on since that time (I hadn't got battery in).

What could have happened?

Hi,

If I understand correctly, you were using it on mains power and it turned itself off and it won't power on again.

Even if the mains power was interrupted, it should power on when the power supply is restored.

If that is correct, I would return it to the retailer that you purchased it from and ask for another new one..

If that is not possible you need to staet a warranty clain with Sony.

Perhaps you have just been unlucky, at least it is better during warranty than after warranty has expired.
