Hi there. I love my R600mx and don't really have the cash/incentive to upgrade to the latest models.
But I only have 128mb of RAM on the machine which is a pain. The documentation says that I can add one more memory module, to make a total of 256Mb. But I have read that it is possible to exceed this limit, and add a 256mb module instead, making a total of 384Mb.
Has anyone else tried this? Did it work or was there a problem with the BIOS??
Many thanks,
Leo
Here's a link to the article I read (sorry about the long link!):

mmmh, I don't know
but 256MB is the absolute minimum for WinXP. Microsoft said 128MB is enough, but that's Bullsh*t. I have tryed this and it's .........
But I think it's possible
look here: (max: 384MB RAM)
