Hey there, I bought a vaio t13 ultrabook about a week ago and i just realised that when i press left shift + 9 the opening bracket, ie "(" does not appear though it works with the right shift key.
I also tried the left shift with all other combinations, i.e "!"£$%^&*)_+" and all seems to work perfeclty fine.
Note that i tried connecting an external usb keyboard and i got exactly the same behaviour ( this probably means that wiring is ok on my keyboard). In the mean time i will try and install a linux distro to eliminate the possibility of being an OS problem.
Anyone facing same problem? Any ideas/suggestions?
