How to remove touchpad buttons? Vaio VPCE

How do I remove the touchpad buttons on my Vaio VPCE notebook? It seems there is dirt under there and one key is sticky. I don't know if I can just prise them off.

Hi DeltaF,

Although I haven’t tried it I would not recommend  prising off the touchpad buttons as re-engaging them may be impossible. These are usually part of the palm rest (top casing), so any cleaning procedure would require disassembly.

Thanks Rich. Can you give me a link to a guide on how to disassemble it?

I have accessed the inside of the laptop before to replace the hard drive, but most of thd guides I have found only show HDD, memory, etc replacement and don't go as far as the palmrest.
