how can i find out my serial number and my product code

i try to find out my product code and the serial numer of my pcg-fx801.
the notebook is dead, so i could not check the number in the bios.
at the bottom there is no sticker.

perhaps some knows the product code of
pcg-fx801 ?

without the numbers i cound not register myself for e-support

this site, the product code for the fx801 is 28105461, but I am not sure how this will help without the serial number.

und wo bekomme ich das her ? mein notebook macht ja nix mehr, auf welchem pc muss ich das laufen lassen ?

Oh entschuldige, meine Anwort war ein wenig zu voreilig.

Das ist ein vorinstallierts Programm wo du die serien Nummer u.s.w von deinem VAIO ablesen kannst.

Hast du schon mal versucht den früheren Besitzer zu kontaktieren.
Allerdings verstehe ich nicht warum kein Sticker auf der Unterseite ist.

Ich hoffe nicht das du ein geklautes Notebook gekauft hast.


Ich kann ja mal für dich beim E-support Nachfragen wo noch die Seriennummer auf oder im einem Notebook finden kann. Versprechen kann ich allerdings nichts.

Ich hab den E-Support kontaktiert, allerdings habe sie mir keine Auskunft gegeben (hatte ich schon erwartet).Du sollst mal bei VAIO Link
anrufen.
