hi l own an old sony vaio vgn-fs285e and tonight when turning the laptop on it had totally frozen at a blue screen with white writing on STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}

The system has been shut down
The laptop is totally frozen and it appears that any buttons l have pressed has failed to do anything????????
