Disk Drive won't open

Hi,

I have a Vaio and I installed a game on the laptop. Once the game was installed I was unable to open this or the disk drive.

I managed to open the drive by using a pin into the small hole on the disk tray. When I try to open the tray again it won't open and if I right click on the drive within My Computer and click 'eject' I get an error saying 'An error occured while ejecting BD-Rom drive'.

Any ideas as to why it won't open now?

Thanks

Ferg

If the drive is receiving power then you should see lights blink and it should eject ok even if its not working through Windows. Do you ever see lights turn on when you are booting the computer or trying to eject? If not, then if anyone worked inside the computer they may have forgotten to reattach a cable to the drive.  for more information http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20120407083517AAc55Od
