CD/DVD PROBLEM

Hello folks

The problem i have is - the cd/dvd will not detect when a dvd is in the computer, the tray will not open either when i press the button.

i have virus checked the machine and also checked for adware

Put a pin in the hole next to the eject key, then speak to Sony about the drive.

This sort of glitch happens from time to time.

Follow Kee-Lo¿s advice and you may find that the problem is solved after a re-boot.

You'll get your disk back which is a good start.
