Can't log in / need to terminate auto renewal

For 2 or 3 months we have been unable to log into our young brothers account as we have lost access to the email address associated with PS4 login,

PS4 randomly signed him out and now we cannot get in as we have forgotten the password and cannot enter the email. We are still getting money withdrawn from our account towards PSN even though we do not have access to terminate it. Is there any way of terminating without the access? Thanks

(no access to email as the email we used seems to have had the password changed and the EM contact email changed along with it as we have no access to it what so ever)
