Blutooth mouse

Hi

I am running a Vaio  vpcec2soe note book with bletooth mouse vaio vgp-bms20

Problem is the mouse will suddenly loose connection and the only way i have found to reconnect it is to reboot (frustrating)

Why does it loose connection and how can i make it reconnect without having to restart the pc.

Sony have advised that this seems like a configuration problem and that you would need to speak to Sony Support to trouble shoot the problem.

Please could you contact them on 0870 240 2408. Their email is customersupport.EN@vaio-link.com and they can talk through the problem with you and hopefully solve it.
