Ad-Ware and the removal of critical objects?????

My computer has gone too slow, so I run Ad-Ware SE personal Spyware which detected 14 critical and non critical objects!

Last night, I had to cancel the installing of Window SP2 as it was taking too long to finish.
As some objects have alarming descriptions, I am worried if they are linked to SP2 download or unsafe to be removed? Bellow is one:

CATEGORY; MALWAVE
OBJECT TYPE ; FILE
LOCATION; C;\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 IDE 21201.VXD
RISK LEVEL ; HIGH

I would get adaware to remove it, as it's a spoof of Windows Update.

i can give you 03 ease solutions....

* Install the software MICROSOFT ANTISPYWARE, you can take for free at : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en (But just if you have the original windows)

* Download the software SPYBOAT SEARCH & DESTROY, is very ease to use and free (You can found with the google)

Both options above, solve your problem. You dont need any kind of book to use the software, both are very ease.

* CWShredder, is a software not so easy to found (maybe with google), but is very good to kill any kinf of spyware. Try this if both softwares above dont work...
