cooling fan problem/bios

since more than a year i have a problem with my cooling fan. its blowing constantly at full speed.

Today i recoverd my laptop , but its stil the same problem.

the cooling fan is clean, there is no dust in it.

Now i'm thinking that there is a problem with the bios.

I want to go back to the first bios edition that was installed on my laptop.

but the problem is that i don't know which edition that was installed.

and that i don't know how i can instal it.
