Sorry that you are experience problems. But in order for forum members to assist you is solving your problems, you must provide us with more information. What TV are you using, what sound problems. The more relevent details, the more likely someone can help you.
As a suggestion, try another HDMI Cable, and maybe using another port on the TV.
