In the last few weeks we are losing all channels, I have tried holding green button on remote to restart tv
but having to goto settings and re-tune. Then all channels are back up.
This is not a one off and is now happening daily, almost as if the TV loses its memory.
I will try a factory reset today, but this seems strange.
Any ideas? I think there may be a fault with the TV somewhere
