Hi I have a new smart tv 5 weeks old and all of a sudden today it has stopped working its as if there is no power going into tv no lights are showing at all. Was working fine this morning now is completely dead. Anyone had similar problems any suggestions? I see service line is open mon -Fri 8.00 to 18.00 awkward times to call as I work these hours

Disconnect everything on the TV, power, aerial, hdmi devices etc. After 30 minutes, connect the power lead again and see if it switches on. If so, turn it off again and connect other leads.
If TV fails to switch on even if nothing is connected, you will need to contact your retailer and get them to exchange it.
