Bravia annoying beep, beep sound.

How do I remove or disable that annoying beep, beep, beep sound every time I am looking for a selection on my Bravia without turning the sound off.

Would never had bought it if it is a permanent thing.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

go to Home on your remote, then Sound, scroll down to Key Tone and set to off, if you want to disable the Start up tone while your there then set that to off also.

I think most new Bravias (2019) will require   home>settings>sound>system sounds> select off

Why Sony choose to allow/provide such functions buried do deep in the set up - don't know!

What with this ,and that extremely irritating YouView facilty (with over 14 T&Cs!) which in turn removes Favourites and recording ability I really don't understand. Frankly after having owned this TV less than a week I'd take it back. But I guess Richer Sounds UK won't let me!
