Hi guys. has anyone heard if the xperia1 iii will be released in Ireland.  iv been due an upgrade since May, but I've been waiting for the xperia1 iii,  now Iv heard rumours it may not be sold in Ireland,  gutted after waiting since its announcement back in April.

in normal times you could go by the estimated release in the press announcement - yet with the current worldwide chip-shortage, your guess is as good as mine when it comes to the release date of the phone.

- wait till Monday

- open the support app on your device

- contact Sony support by phone, chat or mail

- ask

cheers  strampke for your reply.   this xperia will be my 1st mobile from sony . iv always had samsung,  but iv gotten very bored with the galaxy range,  sony seems to have alot of what I'm looking for , so here's hoping it be on sale here.

Think you're right nick. I was talking to someone from Vodafone and they don't know if there going to be getting any in, even sony ireland don't know so not looking good.
