Xperia SP problem after the software update

Dear,

                I am very sorry to say that after the new software update provided by you, many features in the phone stops working.

1. No miss call, sms led alerts in led strip.

2. Proximity sensor not functioning properly, screen turns off once the phone is made close to ear, but even after the call ends or the phone is made away screen doesnt turn on, I have to press the ON/OFF switch again, sometimes even afetr pressing On/OFF switch, display will be black.

3. Music beat effect on led strip is found sometimes working while playing video, sometimes not

        Please address the issue, as even after spendiong almost 24k, for this phone this types of bugs cannot be compromised.

Do you have stamina mode activated? In that case the LED will not notify you of new events. 

You can test the proximity sensor using Xperia Diagnostics:

If the proximity sensor work as it should in Xperia diagnostics I suggest that you repair the phone software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software >  "Repair phone".

I have recently updated my xperia sp to 4.3 and there are a number of problems faced by me
Phone has slowed down
There is lag especially in the keyboard
Please help me out

Everytime I switch off my phone it doesn't restart and gets stuck at boot animation ... its very frustating.

I have to reinstall the software using SUS everytime I try to restart my phone (already reintalled 4 times)

It seems like my phone doesn't like the 4.3 version.

however i dont experience volume bar bug and the lagging problem.Everything works wonderfully, Only this restarting problem.

Do you have task killers or any other apps that could interfere with your phone?

no nothing like task killers or anything installed . only installed subway surfer .
