Reset password

Hello, I (my daughter) inserted a screen password protection, by creating it somthing went wrong. How can I reset the password. Without it I can only switch the phone on but not answering any call.

With PC companion I updated the sowtware but the password protection still remain.

you can use Update Service, but it will delete apps, sms, mms, contacts, settings

Update Service (SEUS)
