I have big problem now with my Xperia v and here is the issue: phone doesn't read my external sd card. I am using Xperia v for 5 months and there was no problem until yesterday, I install an App named File locker and I locked one of images into that App for a few days but still there wasn't any problem. yesterday my phone ran out of battery and got shut down and few hours later I plugged my phone for charging and when battery got full, I played my walkman musics but all of my musics disappeared and look for others such as movies and images and all of them disappeared too. however the games and Apps that I installed on my Sd Card are still existing and working when I lunch them...Can someone HELP me? oh and i uninstalled that File locker app before this issues happens

How come you have installed apps to SD?Is the phone rooted?

No, it isn't root. I got that app from Bluetooth sharing and installed it on internal storage….what should I do? Need to root it or factory reset
