Help please how to reformat sony ericsson j20i hazel

i cant open my phone...
ill try to open it but  only logo of sony ericsson appears.
thats  all i saw there.
no one appears like main menu and others...
please help me... 
i think it needs a reformat... please helpp...

Download sony update service and repair:
