Can't update xperia on PC companion!

Can anyone help me, when I go on to PC companion I follow the promps but for strange reason when I try to connect to the (MTP) Media Transfer mode PC companion say that It has lost connection!

if I tap that code (*#*#7378423#*#*) nothig happens to my phone.:smileyconfused:

ps: it was because my phone is rooted and I moved the service menu from /system/app

reinstalled, now everything is ok with service menu

at bootloader unlock allowed:yes
