Can't start watch YouTube after firmware re-installing

Hello, Im from Russia, Im sorry my english not so well.

I have the best phone in the world - j10i2 Elm (i don't like smartphones).

But in January it's firmware was crashed (because I plug out a battery when phone was on). I reinstalled this using standart sony tools (firmware was downloaded automatically and reinstalled). It finished OK, I sucsessfuly restore all my old options, but now I must accept again with youtube's Terms of Use.

When I go to Youtube on this phone, I see:

"Getting Term of Use"

First screen - "Connecting......",

Second - "Loading......"

and that's all. My phone can't download this youtube's terms of use. I tried with Wi-Fi and with GPRS - the same situation. I just see "Loading......" and nothing more happens. All other features works good.

What I should to do to watch Youtube again?

Thanks)

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest that you download and install Opera Mini to your phone. From here you can go to m.youtube.com and you should be able to watch videos. You can search on Opera Mini on the browser and you will be able to find this browser.

Hello! Thanks for answering.

Yes, Youtube works in last version of Opera Mini (7.1.32052). But there are some strange problems with it version of Opera, it works good on GPRS and almost don't works on Wi-Fi connection (Opera Mini 2.0 works good in both ways). But Im understand it doesn't treat a discussed subject.

Nevertheless, this hack with Opera Mini for watching Youtube is the partial solution and sometimes the inconvenient.

As I understood, guys from Youtube just deleted or replaced to another URL that page with term of use that was created especially for j10i2 (or all Greenheart series) phones because 'phone is old, supporting time is gone and no more activating of new j10i2 devices happens', right? Maybe SONY support may write to Youtube support using official channels to fix this bug and restore this page with term of use that on volume URL to which addresses by default?

Probably, I am mistaken also a problem not in Youtube, in that case I apologize, I just don't want make a network tracerouting. Slightly_smiling_Face

Thanks for helping!
