update problem m dual c2004

Yesterday I try to update sony m dual c2004 after download the update file it's shows unable to install. Sony pc companion is not responding, I purchased this phone in India now I am in Saudi Arabia

That's not solution I tried threw pc companion after download file it didn't install in phone,,,

u said its pc companion thats not responding? why not try the sony update service instead, the link is given above by uliwooly

Try SUS and if that doesn't work, try a different PC

download a flash firmware and flash it manually....

I did update now I am facing problem auto sync is on always when I turned of after 4,5 minutes automatically it appears on, and social camera feature is not their

i am shashi kumar i took a sony xperia m dual c2004 before 1 month back ,

it was superly working but before two days onwords facing problem , 

i'm using tata docomo sim in slot 1and aircel sim in slot 2 ,before 2 days back i change the sim exchange in to slot1 aricel and slot 2 tatadcomo and now the problem is i replace th sim in  tata docomo sim in slot 1and aircel sim in slot 2 now its not showing sim 1, it showing only sim2 wat is the problem plzzzzzzzzz give me solution to this
