system ui crashed and wont turn on

i recently deleted an app from my phone AND IT INSTANTLY FROZE i then decided to lock the screen and  unlock it but i was greated my a system ui has stopped working error screen and before i could select anything it turned of and is still refuseing to turn on

I'm sorry to hear about that, because if your phone is totally stuck in a boot loop then you have no choice but to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. So sadly, all your data on the internal storage will be lost (SD card will not be affected).

Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.

Can I ask what your ment to do when this happens every couple of days and you have to completely factory reset your phone each time??,
