Since two days ago, one time in a day,on my experia m5 appears a message "system app UI is blocked not properly" and give me che chance to select OK but the smarphone still remains blocked by this message until I restart it. What is this? Can I restore it or go to the assistance? Thank you

I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.

Hi, I have the same problem, I used Xperia Companion but after a few days it has reappeared, maybe the UI System App needs to be updated
