Good day,
I have bought an Xperia M5 mobile device for about one and a half year ago. Two months ago I began to have a screen issue. Half of the screen became unreadable. About a month later the back cover cracked due to an unfortunate accident. Two weeks ago I left my phone to Teknosa Store where I bought it to be sent to the Sony Xperia technical service -KVK Turkey-. Last week they called me from the service claiming the screen mulfunction is related with the back cover crack and asked me for the payment of the screen replacement. Though I explained the crack was occurred late after the screen issue they didn't care saying, If I won't pay they are going to return the device. This is the 4th Xperia device I have bought. I am a loyal costumer. I don't deserve such a service.
