I am getting a system message saying that I need to transfer data to the SD card because the internal memory is full. I tap the message and it takes me to the relevant screen to transfer the data. However, all the categories show 0 files and 0.00B to transfer. The transfer button cannot be selected as there is nothing to transfer. The notification icon will disappear when I exit the screen but it keeps coming back, indicating there is data to transfer. I already hate this phone with a passion, but this is really frustrating me. Does anyone have any ideas?
how about going thru settings>apps and transffer apps to sd
also try to uninstall unused apps and transfer all media files to sd card.
restart your device
I am afraid that you and I have bought a turkey... the aqua 4 is a crap phone full of Sony apps that you can disable and "force stop"... this helps a little but unfortunately the only cure is to upgrade to another make of phone... Galaxy or HTC
Hi Bob
Yes I have realised that the Aqua is not so great.
Maybe one day I'll be able to afford an iPhone
