I found how to fix it 100%
near SD and SIM card is small yellow button, if you press it, the phone will force shutdown. This method can help you if the phone is totally not working
My L3 does the same, widget clock works well but the phone clock in top right corner keeps freezing which in turn misses my alarms which is not good🙄
