Alarm volume all the way turned down

Hi,

I've had this problem for at least a year:

The alarm volume goes from full volume (my typical setting) to completely silent without me doing anything.

It seems completely random and has made me late for work more than once. I actually had to buy an alarm clock for the first time in a decade just to be woken up reliably.

Still the issue needs fixing for when I'm not at home.

Hi @XTS91,

I'm sorry to hear this. How often does this happen? Do you use any cover with your device that might push against the volume button?

I'd recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by any of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
