Speaker bar fan noise

brought Sony ht rt4 600 watt sound system but the woofer makes sound like fan when switched on plus woofer doesn’t have  much sound from it when playing films or any think help please it’s saying on community your views lot people saying about fan noise saying there update for it I have local store by me can some tell how get update help please trued reseting it
